Mary Catherine Wiederhold has practiced law in San Francisco since 2002 and is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the San Francisco Lawyer's Club Board of Directors and is a member of Queen's Bench.

Ms. Wiederhold has volunteered at the Bar Association of San Francisco Legal and Referral Clinic (LARC), for the Volunteer Legal Services Program, taken cases from the AIDS Legal Referral Panel and appeared on KALW's "Your Legal Rights" to discuss tenant-landlord issues with the public.

Mary Catherine Wiederhold was awarded the Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of San Francisco Law School. From 1989 to 2002, Ms Wiederhold worked as a commercial real estate appraisal associate for a leading national appraisal firm, which specializes in the valuation of complex senior housing properties. Ms. Wiederhold graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English.
